As one of the most interesting pianist of polish young generation, Mischa Kozlowski has already successfully presented his talent at the concert halls of Europe, China and Japan. He was awarded the main prizes at such competitions as 4. Mykola Lysenko International Music Competition in Kyiv, Ukraine (2012), 9. Internationaler Chopin Klavierwettbewerb in Darmstadt, Germany (2009), Polish Chopin Piano Competition organized by Fryderyk Chopin Institute in Warsaw, Poland (2008) and 6. International Chopin Competition for Young Pianists in Narva, Estonia (2006). Among many awards at chamber music competitions which he has won, the most important are those at The ORPHEUS Swiss Chamber Music Competition in Bern, Switzerland (2015), The International Chamber Music Competition at Bronislaw Huberman Philharmonic in Czestochowa, Poland (2013) and The Polish Duo Competition in Warsaw, Poland (2012).
This young artist has already been invited for such prominent festivals as „Kissinger Sommer” in Bad Kissingen, “Festspiele Europäische Wochen” in Passau (Germany), „NCPA May Festival” at National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing, Gulangyu Summer Music Week in Xiamen (China), International Festival “Jeunes Virtuoses à Ennejma Ezzahra” in Sidi Bou Said (Tunisia), “Chopin au Jardin du Luxembourg” in Paris (France), “Kyoto International Music Students Festival” in Japan, International Chopin Piano Festival in Duszniki Zdroj (Poland), “Transatlantic” Interational Music and Film Festival and „Malta Festival” in Poznan (Poland) and UNSOUND Festival in Cracow (Poland). He has successfully performed in such venues as Zentrum Paul Klee and Konzerthaus „Kultur-Casino” in Bern, UNESCO in Paris, Polish National Opera and National Philharmonic Hall in Warsaw and many other philharmonic halls in Poland.|
In July 2014 he recorded an album „Unchained” together with Lutoslawski Piano Duo (Bartek Wąsik/Emilia Sitarz) and Joanna Duda (piano), with the music of Tomasz Sikorski and Julius Eastman, released by Bôłt Records. The album was awarded with „Supersonic Award” of the „Pizzicato” magazine as well as won a nomination for International Classical Music Award.
Due to his successes, he was awarded many special prizes and scholarships, such as those awarded by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, the Minister of National Education, the Minister of Science and Higher Education, Dongsan Research Foundation, Société Générale, LYRA Stiftung, Rita Zimmermann Musik-Stiftung and many others.
